RE- Sacrifice (lesson 3)

LO: (evaluate) I can evaluate, by explaining, the importance and relevance of sacrifice to Christians, and what they think about this

Today we considered the famous contentiousness objector Franz Jagersatter who made the ultimate sacrifice when he refused to kill others in WW2. Franz was put to death when he refused to fight for his country despite his offers to help the war efforts in other ways. We talked about the idea of why Franz might have felt this way and if his sacrifice was worth it, we also considered if we would make a similar choice or not.
