RE- Sacrifice (Lesson 1)

LO: (Enquire) I can explain what sacrifice means

Today we started to think about what the concept of 'sacrifice' means? We looked at various pictures and there was some amazing discussions about if sacrifice was the same as sharing,  and if sacrifice has to involve someone loosing their life. To finish our lesson we considered who made sacrifices during WW2, it was great to see the class so engaged in the lesson.
