MUSIC - Songwriting Workshop part 1

 Over the next few days Year 6 will be taking part in a song writing workshop. Today was Artemis Class.

They recorded down memories of their time at Primary school and then looked at how they can edit using some figurative language (similes, metaphors and personification). Learning the tune of the song, they then had to edit and write a sentence to fit into sections of the music into verses and chorus. 

After creating their own verses and a chorus, each group got to perform their section to everyone else.
